- Can I keep an existing Jerseymail Email Address?
Yes.
- Is the MyMail Jerseymail service different to the old (pre August 2014) service?
Yes, very! Mailboxes are MUCH bigger with full support for most mobile devices, world class SPAM and Malware protection and a full-featured Calendar.
- Is the MyMail Jerseymail service free?
No, mailboxes start from £1 per week.
- Can I retrieve emails from my old (pre Augus 2014) Jerseymail mailbox?
Unfortunately it is no longer possible to retrieve mail from the old webmail interface of Jerseymail.
- Where can I go if I need help?
We have a great support section containing Configuration Guides and information and you can even request a home visit from our fully trained engineers.
- Will the MyMail service work with my device?
The service works with PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Windows Phone, Android Phones, Blackberry(no ActiveSync), Symbian O.S.
- How do I configure my device to work with the MyMail service?

- What are my JerseyMail options?
You can now sign up for a new chargeable service with MyMail.je which gives you the option to keep your old Jerseymail email address. The new service starts from £1 per week and offers many enhanced features over the previous service such as a much larger mailbox.
- Why did Jersey Post change their mind about keeping the JerseyMail service?
Jersey Post did not change their mind about ceasing to provide the service. On the 18th of August 2014 the free service ceased to exist. A new, enhanced service is now provided by MyMail.je and has replaced the old service.
- How much does the replacement for the old Jerseymail service cost?
The basic option is £1 per week. There are also advanced options available. You can see the prices and compare the services here.
- Why should I pay for a replacement to Jerseymail when I can get a Gmail/Outlook/Yahoo account for free?
If you are happy to change your e-mail address, a Gmail/Outlook/Yahoo account will probably suit your needs. However, the only way to continue full use of your JerseyMail e-mail address is to subscribe to the new service going forward. The new service is much richer in functionality and we believe it represents excellent value for money.
